This is an estimate, not a quote. Nobody pays a fixed amount per stream. What you actually receive depends on the listener's country, whether they are on a free or paid plan, the deal your distributor or label signed, and how big the platform's revenue pool was that month. The rates below are rough midpoints of publicly discussed ranges, they are editable on purpose, and they are not official figures from any platform.

Every number in this table is an assumption you control. The "commonly reported range" column is the spread artists and trade press talk about — it is context, not a promise, and the true figure for your own catalogue is on your distributor statement. Are these the real payout rates?
No. There is no such thing as a fixed per-stream rate. Platforms divide a revenue pool between rights holders, so the effective rate changes every month and differs by country and by whether the listener pays. The defaults here are rough midpoints of publicly discussed ranges, provided only so the page has something to calculate, and they are editable for exactly that reason.
Why is my Turkish number so much lower?
Per-stream payouts follow subscription prices. In markets where a premium plan costs a few dollars a month, the pool per stream is smaller, so a stream from Turkey usually pays a fraction of a stream from the US or Germany. If most of your audience is local, lower the rates in the assumptions table until they match your statement.
Does this include publishing money?
No. This models recording revenue — the money that reaches you through your distributor. Mechanical and performance royalties for the composition are collected by a publisher or a collecting society and arrive separately, on their own schedule.
Where is my data stored?
In this browser, nowhere else. Your current inputs and any saved scenarios live in localStorage on this device. Nothing is uploaded and the page makes no network calls while calculating.
Is the currency conversion live?
No. The exchange rate is a plain editable field with a stale default, because a live FX feed would mean calling out to a server. Type in today's rate before you trust the EUR or TRY figure.
