Does the lyric length control the song length?
Largely, yes. More words at a given pace means a longer song, which is why a timing estimate before generating is worth the minute it takes.
Can I put style instructions in the lyrics box?
Keep style in the style field. Inline notes inside the lyrics are often sung or awkwardly interpreted.
What happens to unknown tags?
They are treated as text at best and ignored at worst. Stick to the standard set and run the formatter's warnings panel before generating.
How do I get a karaoke-style video?
Timestamp the lines first, then load the audio and the timed lyrics into the MV studio and export.
