Plain-language terms for using this site and its browser tools.

Agreement

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They are written to be read, not to be impressive, and we have tried to keep them short.

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised version.

What the site is

An independent set of written guides and browser-based tools about prompting and managing files for AI music generation. It is educational material and utility software, provided free of charge.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Suno or any other AI music service. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here only to describe the subject matter.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its intended purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the tools to obtain content you do not have the right to download, copy, distribute or publish.
  • Attempt to make the proxy reach hosts outside its allow-list, or to use it as a general-purpose relay.
  • Automate requests at a volume that degrades the service for others, or scrape the site systematically.
  • Probe, interfere with or attempt to compromise the site, its server or other users.
  • Republish the site's guide text, datasets or code as your own work, or present a copy as an official resource.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of the terms of any service whose pages you point the tools at.
The download tools read public pages only and send no credentials. Being technically able to fetch a file is not the same as being allowed to use it — that question is yours to answer.

Your content and your rights

Anything you type into a tool stays yours. We claim no rights over your prompts, lyrics or audio, and we do not receive them: the text tools run entirely in your browser (see privacy).

Files you download using these tools remain subject to whatever rights apply to them — the generating service's terms, the rights of the person who made them, and any underlying works involved. You are responsible for confirming that you may keep, edit, publish or monetise a file before you do so.

  • Downloading your own work for backup is usually straightforward.
  • Downloading someone else's public track does not grant you a licence to republish it.
  • Cover-style and derivative material can involve rights in the original song as well as in the recording.
  • Commercial use depends on the terms you generated under, not on anything this site says.

Our content and your permissions

The guide text, reference datasets, style lines, page designs and tool source on this site are original work and remain ours, except for the third-party libraries credited on the about page (JSZip under MIT, lamejs under LGPL), which carry their own licences.

  • You may use any prompt or style line we publish in your own work, commercially or otherwise, with no attribution required.
  • You may quote short passages with a link back, and link to any page freely.
  • You may use the tools in your own workflow, including professionally.
  • You may not bulk-copy the guide or reference data into a competing resource, republish the tools as your own, or use the material to train a model that reproduces it.
  • For anything beyond that, ask through contact — the answer is usually yes.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that guidance here will produce any particular musical result, or that any file processed by a tool will be complete or correct. Keep your own backups of anything you care about.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, audio, work product, revenue, goodwill or opportunity arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site or its tools.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Practical reading: this is free software given away in good faith. Verify anything important, and do not make an irreversible decision on the strength of a page you read here.

Availability, termination and general

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, without notice. We may also decline service to anyone who breaches these terms.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

These terms, together with the privacy page, are the whole agreement between us about the site. Questions go to contact.

FAQ

Can I use your prompts and style lines commercially?
Yes, freely and without attribution. Whether the music you generate from them can be used commercially depends on the service you generated it on.
Can I download someone else's public track with your tools?
The tool can fetch public pages, but that does not grant you rights to the file. Confirm you are allowed to keep or publish it before you do.
Do I need permission to link to you?
No. Link to any page freely.
Can I mirror the site or reuse the datasets?
Not wholesale. Short quotes with a link are fine; bulk copies into a competing resource are not. Ask if you have something specific in mind.
Is this legal advice?
No. It describes how we run this site. For rights questions about your own music, consult someone qualified in your jurisdiction.
